how it works We will organise a log-on id and password and will help you set up your personalised selection of text messages - what you want to say, when you want to say it. All that you then need to do is enter your customer's mobile number, chose a message and the time and date you want it sent, or an appointment time. We do the rest! You can select as many messages as you want and send them at whatever times you want. There is also the option to add a customers email address and send the same messages simultaneously to their computer either at home or work. Example: Your client or customer has an appointment to come and see you. You log on to GoPigeon.co.nz, enter their mobile number and the time and date of the appointment. Two days before the appointment your customer receives a text message on their mobile reminding them about the appointment and asking them to contact you if they can no longer make it. Another text with different wording is sent on the day of the appointment two hours beforehand to remind your customer again. Your customer keeps the appointment ! who should use us?
